Over and over my clients have expressed to me that before we met they were horribly frustrated with the fact that most web developers fall into one of two categories. The first category is incompetent freelancer. This is a complete amateur who makes lofty promises but never delivers -- what a waste of time. The second is impersonal design firm. An experienced firm might have the knowledge to create a great website, but you’ll often find that it’s a struggle to get personalized attention at an affordable rate.

I'm different. I won't tell you I'm the greatest web developer that ever walked the Earth, because there's a good chance I'm not (but you never know, right!?). I will tell you -- give you my word -- that if you choose to allow me to develop your website, I will work with you, and create as many concepts and refinements as necessary, until we've developed a website that you absolutely love. Period. And I'll do it at an appropriate rate.
